Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the Nursing Department to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure that reputed company nursing staff adhere to their job descriptions and reputed company their duties to the highest reputed company.
• Participate in facility surveys and audits as requested.
• Conduct daily reputed company to ensure nursing personnel meet accepted standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company nursing experience in Long Term Care; managerial experience preferred.
