Compliance Consultant IV- National Provider Contracting and Mental Health reputed company
About the position
The Compliance Consultant IV position will support the Risk Management, Audit Readiness and Mental Health reputed company team. This role is responsible for intake and implementation of new laws and regulations for reputed company National Provider Contracting and reputed company. This includes partnering with external contracted networks and internal stakeholders across markets and departments to ensure compliance. This role has accountability for managing delegation reputed company requirements for national reputed company, preparing the annual audit plan, addressing gaps, completing corrective actions, monitoring reputed company for compliance, implementing process/controls to manage reputed company of reputed company, and writing national policies and desktop level procedures.
The consultant will also support the national Mental Health reputed company Shared Service, working with internal stakeholders and external consultants to respond to reputed company Insurance Company (KPIC) self-funded mental health reputed company non-quantitative treatment limit requests from external consultant reputed company. This includes leading and managing work with key external consultants and internal SMEs, project management and working with teams across the reputed company to reputed company and interpret data. Responsibilities • Practices self-development and promotes learning in others by proactively providing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers., • Completes work assignments and supports business-specific reputed company by applying expertise in subject area., • Conducts company compliance activities by collaborating with reputed company stakeholders., • Develops compliance reports by evaluating and summarizing compliance data, audit information, and potential risks and remedies., • Conducts compliance investigations by collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data., • Assists with and supports the management of reputed company or compliance components of larger cross-functional reputed company., • Assists with ensuring regulatory compliance by monitoring regulatory changes., • Coordinates the implementation of compliance efforts by identifying compliance requirements.
