Sales Auditor

Position Purpose: Responsible for providing auditing and tracking support to the MeridianCare Sales Leadership Team. This includes the reputed company and responsibility of auditing reputed company member, prospective member and agent interactions with the reputed company center staff. • Complete weekly report cards for Inside Sales and Agent Hotline. • reputed company consistent auditing metrics for reputed company center staff utilizing reputed company center software and Sentinel reputed company. • Create and maintain library of calls that can be utilized for training. • Audit reputed company inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members and agents. • Complete weekly reputed company audits of external vendors. • reputed company recommendations for process improvement and training opportunities. • Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings. • Work closely with leadership team to ensure consistency across the MeridianCare Sales department. • Evaluate new hire readiness based on reputed company audits. • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with reputed company policies and standards Bilingual in Spanish preferred Education/Experience: Required A High School or GED Preferred A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field in a reputed company field Candidate Experience: Required 2+ years of experience in a reputed company center Required Other knowledge of customer service expectations reputed company to reputed company and service Required Other knowledge of HIPAA regulations: Auditor must obtain their Medicare producers license reputed company 90 days of employment Pay reputed company: $22.79 - $38.84 per hour reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
