QHP Coding Auditor (REMOTE)

QHP Coding Auditor Responsibilities • Conduct initial chart reviews and coding reputed company audits to validate ICD-10-CM reputed company accuracy. • reputed company and audit codes for QHP (RADV) reputed company, ensuring documentation fully supports coding reputed company. • Apply state, federal, and CMS documentation requirements consistently across reputed company assignments. • Maintain a minimum 95% accuracy reputed company on reputed company coding reputed company. • Utilize ICD-10-CM guidelines, AHA Coding Clinic guidance, and official coding standards in daily work.
