100% Remote Bilingual eCommerce Consultant (Spanish)

Position Summary:Responsible for cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools known as data analysis.Responsible for supporting a select group of digital tools and solutions and managing the implementation and migration of data.Support or help lead the demonstration of solutions and training for users on digital technology provide collateral and updated training documentsServe as an escalation point to troubleshoot non-common issues and user onboarding.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting a selected group of digital tools and solutions and managed the implementation business process modifications project management training and communications of those technologies across the organization and targeted user base.Leads the demonstration of solutions and training for users on our internally grown digital technology provides collateral and updated training documents and serves as an escalation point to troubleshoot non-common issues and user onboarding.Assists with developing planning organizing and executing all administrative tasks for a project.Observes project activities to ensure contribution by team members.Performs incidental project coordination including planning research analysis and implementation of deliverables and action items.Acts as project sub-task lead on small projects.Assigning numerical value to essential business functions to assess and compare performance over timePreparing reports for the management stating trends patterns and predictions using relevant dataPreparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps enabling them to make crucial decisions based on various facts and trendsSkills:Familiarity with the eCommerce industry is a plusExperience using data analyst toolsExperience presenting to peers management and other stakeholdersExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsOutstanding organizational skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesDetailed orientedSelf-starterCritical ThinkingExceptional teamwork and leadership skills to help other technical support workersAbility to learn new technologies implement their usage within the team and train othersPersonable and attentive excellent customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skillsMust be fluent in SpanishExperience analyzing data sets to find ways to solve problems relating to a business customersHigh level overview work tied to the description- including but not limited to:Backend Support of SystemsAuditing data like error reportsData updates in ecommerce migrationsIdentifying new trends in data updatesSupporting new features related to websites Wesco supportsMigration:Uploads, spreadsheet prep for importing into new backend systemsSunsetting legacy profilesDocument/SOP clean ups and folder management for Digital Support Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
