Procon is seeking a BIM Engineer. We are looking for a reputed company-thinking BIM Engineer who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital design and construction. Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination, engineering, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of GSA BIM guidelines and standards.
• Proficiency in BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with COBie standards reputed company handover practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reputed company-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote consulting environment.
Preferred:
• COBie certification.
• Experience with robotics integration, computational design, or digital twin technology.
• Prior experience with federal reputed company (GSA, NASA, DoD, or other agencies).
• Knowledge of automation workflows, AI applications in design, or IoT-enabled construction tools.
