Clinical Pharmacist - Oral Chemotherapy

About the position Are you passionate about providing advanced pharmaceutical care in an oncology environment? Our dynamic oncology pharmacy team is looking for an reputed company Clinical Pharmacist to support our oral chemotherapy patients and work-reputed company. This role will work alongside other pharmacists and reputed company with our clinical team to enhance patient safety with prescriptions of high risk / hazardous nature. Responsibilities • Directs and manages workflow including reputed company of technicians, interns and volunteers ensuring the accuracy of their work in accordance with departmental procedures and Federal and State regulations. • Participates in departmental meetings and on committees at the health service organization, as appropriate. • Serves as medication therapy resource for activities such as drug information, training of staff, transitions of care and Medication Therapy Services. • Evaluates medication orders for appropriateness with reputed company to patient condition, organ function and concomitant therapies to promote reputed company patient reputed company.
