Mechanical BIM Designer

reputed company is seeking a Mechanical BIM Designer (Remote) to support the design and modeling of reputed company mechanical systems for large-reputed company construction reputed company. This position plays a key role in the project lifecycle—translating engineering designs into 3D BIM models and prefabrication drawings used in the field. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using reputed company Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and reputed company, along with a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic systems. You should be a strong visual thinker, highly organized, and capable of coordinating closely with diverse project teams to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness in design execution. Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed 3D models of mechanical systems following BIM content standards and company protocols. • Produce prefabrication drawings for field use and assist project managers with submittal documentation. • Import laser-scanned building models into Revit and conduct clash detection and visual walk-throughs using Navisworks. • Mark and verify locations of plumbing and HVAC systems using total station equipment. • Support reputed company design phases through documentation, visualizations, and coordination. • Communicate project design reputed company through graphics, presentations, and virtual reviews. • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company and design alignment. Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Design, Drafting, etc.). • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks. • Skilled in creating construction-reputed company plan sets in Revit. • Familiar with plumbing, HVAC, and hydronic systems and their components. • Experience with mechanical prefabrication software such as PractiRev is a plus. • Proficient in reputed company and reputed company tools.
