Head of Compliance

Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished compliance professional who is ready to take on a unique, hybrid role that combines traditional compliance leadership with a dynamic involvement in sales enablement and customer success. This is not your typical compliance role! As the Head of Compliance, you’ll play a vital part in shaping VComply’s compliance program while also interacting directly with our prospects and clients. This blend of business development and compliance responsibilities will make this role both challenging and rewarding. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Leadership • Oversee and continuously improve VComply’s compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices. • Establish and maintain compliance policies and procedures, serving as the subject matter expert on compliance issues across the organization. • Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards. Sales Enablement & Technical Demos • Partner with the sales team to showcase VComply’s compliance solutions to prospective clients. • Conduct technical demonstrations to illustrate the functionality and compliance benefits of VComply’s products, effectively communicating complex compliance concepts in an understandable way. • Assist in creating compelling compliance-driven sales materials that position VComply as the preferred solution for prospects. Customer Success & Relationship Management • Work closely with existing customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of VComply’s solutions. • Provide ongoing compliance support, addressing client needs, and helping resolve any compliance-related issues. • Develop strong relationships with customers to foster long-term engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure the continued enhancement of VComply’s compliance offerings. • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant to customer needs. Who You Are: • Compliance Expert: Deep understanding of compliance principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Background in GRC, risk management, or related field is highly valued. • Customer-Focused: Able to establish trust with clients and understand their compliance challenges to offer tailored solutions. • Sales Enablement Enthusiast: Comfortable in a client-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues in a way that resonates with prospective customers. • Tech-Savvy: Experience conducting technical demos or working closely with technical products is a plus. • Adaptable & Collaborative: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can work cross-functionally with ease.
