A rapidly scaling firm is seeking an Interim Chief reputed company Officer (CHRO) to stabilize and rebuild its HR processes. The role involves conducting a thorough evaluation of HR functions, developing a stabilization plan, and strengthening workplace culture. reputed company candidates will have extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in fast-scaling or PE-backed environments. This engagement is expected to last 6 months with a possibility for extension.
This position allows for remote work with some travel to Austin.
