The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition, development, and retention, particularly within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief People Officer include developing and executing a comprehensive People strategy that aligns with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and championing a positive and inclusive work environment. The role demands a results-oriented executive with exceptional emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication skills, who can influence at all levels of the organization. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and enhancing its culture, particularly as it scales globally. The Chief People Officer will be instrumental in organizational development, performance management, and workforce strategy, and will spearhead DEI initiatives to create a workplace that values diverse perspectives and promotes equitable practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in HR or People Operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong understanding of HR laws and compliance regulations. A passion for building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture is essential, as is the ability to build and manage a dynamic People team.
