Ventura Trust - Chief Operating Officer (Remote)

The COO will be responsible for setting and achieving annual objectives, nurturing a reputed company and team-oriented culture, tracking key performance metrics, and overseeing the reputed company Support Group, Controller, and Compliance Officer. This role reports directly to the CEO and, indirectly, to a five-member reputed company—two of whom are independent directors.
