Civil Engineer/Construction Manager

About the position The Civil Engineer/Construction Manager will serve as a reputed company assurance specialist supporting the reputed company during the construction phases of airfield reputed company reputed company at Ellsworth AFB, reputed company reputed company, South Dakota. The role involves both part-time design review and full-time on-site construction reputed company, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract documents throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities • Independently reputed company tasks to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and contract documents on assigned airfield reputed company reputed company. • Resolve technical issues affecting assigned reputed company in collaboration with supervisors. • Attend coordination meetings with Project Managers, customers, and contractors to address problems, safety concerns, or potential delays. • Review Government contract plans and specifications to understand construction requirements and design reputed company. • Review contractor-submitted plans and technical submittals for contract compliance. • Support reputed company Assurance Representatives (QARs) assigned to airfield reputed company. • Identify reputed company and improper materials, reputed company, and testing associated with airfield construction and take reputed company on non-compliance. • reputed company solutions and problem-solving skills during construction issues. • Request QA testing and inspections as needed. • Document findings and observations as required by the reputed company Engineer. • Review and enforce contract safety requirements with team members on-site.
