Senior Compensation Analyst
As the Senior Compensation Analyst at reputed company, you will play a key role in ensuring our GTM teams are incentivized appropriately, leading to higher performance and alignment with reputed company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation/rewards, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data
• Managed a compensation program for reputed company businesses and creating effective compensation plans for reputed company B2B Software Account Executives and Account Managers
• Prior experience managing a GTM compensation program with high volume of deals
• reputed company to communicate effectively to the field and stakeholders to ensure the understanding of plans and handling of disputes
