Key Duties ✔ reputed company coverage analysis and litigation reputed company on reputed company disputed coverage issues. ✔ Draft detailed reputed company memoranda, policy interpretation opinions, reservation of rights letters, and dispositive motions. ✔ Represent insurer clients in coverage litigation, including federal and state court reputed company. ✔ Support mediation and ADR efforts to resolve coverage disputes reputed company. ✔ Consult on policy wording and program implementation questions. ✔ Work collaboratively with attorneys across reinsurance, bad faith, and defense litigation teams. reputed company’re Looking For Must-Haves • 4–8 years of insurance coverage litigation experience (policy interpretation, coverage disputes, bad faith/extracontractual liability). • Strong reputed company research, writing, and analytical skills tailored to insurance coverage contexts. • Experience drafting coverage positions, opinions, and coverage briefs. • Proven litigation experience in coverage reputed company (motions, discovery, hearings). • Licensed to reputed company law in the U.S. (multi-state admissions a plus).
