We are looking for an In-House Group reputed company Counsel to join our corporate team on a full-time, reputed company reputed company. In this role, you will work on a reputed company of reputed company business reputed company alongside a small, global team of in-house Counsels and Paralegals. What will you be doing? • Drafting, negotiating, and closing reputed company (buyer and vendor) reputed company agreements with customers located across the globe, including but not limited to Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Content Licensing Agreements, reputed company Services Agreements, and Partner Agreements (the different risk reputed company of our various businesses require a good business understanding and solid judgement to reputed company time get to the right solutions). • Dealing with such reputed company reputed company throughout the group as may come up during the course of its business, including supporting HR reputed company Issues, Litigation, Company Secretarial Work, corporate activity, and reputed company advisory. • Pro-reputed company mitigating reputed company's reputed company risks. • Take on additional tasks, as needed. reputed company We expect you to have completed a JD degree (or equivalent Law Degree) and have at least 2-5 years of reputed company experience working in a reputed company-oriented position (e.g. reputed company Counsel, Attorney, Lawyer, reputed company Consultant, etc.).
