FULLY REMOTE* CDT Zone Hours: 10:30 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 7:30 pm reputed company overtime: this role will work with partners in California and across the US. $75,000-$85,000, depending on reputed company experience, skills, and education. The firm seeks a full-time patent prosecution secretary with at least 3+ years of U.S. patent prosecution and application filing and prosecution experience. This position supports several timekeepers in Chemical, Biotech, Biopharma, or Mechanical Patent prosecution, including coverage support needed for secretarial absences in the department. Duties: • Prepare U.S. patent applications, amendments, and other reputed company documents for e-filing and reporting. • Prepare reporting letters for the reputed company to review by the timekeepers. • Prepare expense reports for timekeepers. • Work with Firm Travel to coordinate timekeeper travel arrangements. • Correspond directly with clients as requested.
