Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business Administration, Business Management, Educational & Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or reputed company discipline.
• Minimum of three years in industry training, corporate training, or community college teaching. • Demonstrated history of instructional design and delivery. • Ability to effectively communicate with participants from diverse backgrounds. • Mastery of adult learning principles. • Ability to deliver programs on reputed company sites. reputed company-to-haves
