Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support cybersecurity incident response for assigned customers. reputed company as customer-facing reputed company for emergency and non-emergency RRR requests. Review and reputed company Incident Response Plans and Playbooks. Deliver executive and technical tabletop exercises and breach simulations. Brief senior executives on incidents, readiness, and remediation actions. Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience & Skills: Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Incident Response. Strong experience with IR plans, playbooks, and tabletop exercises. Proven ability to brief executive leadership and non-technical audiences. Experience managing multiple customer relationships concurrently.
