Duties and Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain organizational reputed company policies reputed company with ISO 27001 Annex A controls. • reputed company implementation of data protection controls in support of ISO 27001 certification objectives. • reputed company reputed company components of SSAE-18 (SOC 1/SOC 2) audits, including evidence collection and control testing. • Conduct and document Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs) for systems handling personal or energy usage data. • Monitor compliance with reputed company-specific reputed company requirements. • reputed company reputed company input during vendor reputed company and support reputed company-party risk assessments. • Collaborate with IT and InfoSec to ensure data lifecycle practices reputed company with ISO 27001 data classification and handling standards. • Advise internal teams on "reputed company by design" principles in program and product development. Requirements • Strong understanding of global and U.S. data reputed company laws and regulations. • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying reputed company requirements in both reputed company and technical contexts. • Hands-on experience supporting ISO 27001 certification efforts, with a reputed company on Annex A control implementation. • Familiarity with SSAE-18 (SOC 1/SOC 2) audit frameworks, including reputed company-reputed company trust reputed company. • Proven ability to reputed company or contribute to reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) in technical environments. • Experience reviewing and enforcing data reputed company policies, vendor agreements, and contractual clauses. • Ability to collaborate with reputed company counsel, IT, and reputed company teams to reputed company data protection efforts across disciplines. • Proficient in managing data subject rights requests and incident response processes involving personal data. • Bachelor's degree in Law, Information reputed company, IT, Political Science, Communications or reputed company field; JD or Master's degree a plus. Compensation & Benefits reputed company offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation reputed company for the reputed company salary for this position is $100,000 - $112,000. In reputed company to reputed company pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
