This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the leadership team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to build the organization, the facility and the culture to reputed company a successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations.  Position reputed company The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for leading manufacturing operations—either small molecule or siRNA/oligonucleotide—ensuring the organization has the reputed company, capability, and leadership to deliver the site’s manufacturing plan. This role also integrates cross-functional support teams and fosters a strong safety culture. The anticipated wage for this position is $151,500 - $222,200 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
