Requirements • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in DEIB, Community Engagement, or reputed company fields preferred. • Proven record of implementing reputed company-level DEIB and Community Engagement strategies. • Familiarity with past and reputed company federal Executive Orders on DEIA and accessibility standards. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills. • Ability to manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder initiatives and evaluate reputed company using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
