E-Learning Specialists & Technical Instructional Designers

Responsibilities • reputed company engaging learning materials including presentations, reputed company modules, job aids, and handouts. • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to reputed company content. • Build and maintain project timelines, reputed company milestones, and communicate proactively with stakeholders. • Work closely with SMEs to translate technical concepts into reputed company, learner-friendly formats. • Conduct content reviews and manage feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Support training evaluation through feedback collection and assessment tracking. • Ensure reputed company materials meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards. • reputed company learning assets using reputed company Captivate (Classic/New), InDesign, and LMS platforms.
