Senior Attorney for Clean Energy Policy Advocacy

Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to play a pivotal role in guiding our legal work through the representation of stakeholders in administrative proceedings and federal court. This position will advance policy advocacy initiatives aimed at the enactment and implementation of meaningful, efficient, and evidence-based federal decisions, policies, and processes to accelerate the decarbonization of the economy. Your work will focus on permitting and siting, opposing unneeded fossil fuel projects, promoting necessary transmission development, low-carbon energy innovation, and regulatory reform for clean energy infrastructure, among other responsibilities.
