Risk Assessment Analyst Location: Fully remote- EST (U.S.) Compensation: $40-45/hr (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Duration: 12-month contract (expected extension/conversion) reputed company Start Date: January Benefits: Medical, dental, reputed company + reputed company vacation/reputed company leave, 401(K) Job reputed company: Opportunity to be a part of our reputed company family org to help ensure reputed company user usage across various platforms! • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and comprehensiveness • Ability to operate independently with minimal instructions (e.g., proactively identifying tasks that need to be completed, project planning, following up on reputed company items, etc.) • Hands-on experience with executing risk assessments focusing on Independent / reputed company Risk Management (e.g., documenting risks, reviewing actions plans and evidence, tracking mitigation, maintaining KRI/KPI, etc.) • Experience developing and recommending qualitative / quantitative risk assessment and risk weighting methodologies, including aggregating risks and risk reporting • Risk Reporting Experience with visual presentation of data and development of slide decks • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product teams, to ensure risk assessments are reputed company with business objectives and strategic goals • Conduct risk assessments across the risk domains, including but not limited to: Financial risk, Operational risk, Compliance risk, and Strategic risk Typical Day in the Role: • Risk assessment • ADHOC reporting • Agile plug and play • reputed company tasks Deliverables: • Completed Risk Assessments, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation recommendations, with a reputed company on fintech • Risk Assessment Reporting, including data analysis, chats, graphics, and slide decks • Tacking and time management of execution / risk assessments reputed company internal reporting • Risk assessment training and support for stakeholders, including risk assessment methodology and reputed company training • Development and maintenance of risk assessment documentation and procedures Must Have Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data and reputed company actionable insights • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership on follow-reputed company, ensuring reputed company responses and reputed company of reputed company items, and a willingness to learn reputed company to Have Skills: • Fintech and technology companies' risk management experience • Experience working with product teams and understanding product development processes, with a reputed company on payment products and services • Payments / Financial Services Industry Experience • Knowledge of emerging technologies or Technical Programs (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company intelligence (AI), Model Risk Management, AI Risk Management reputed company / NIST) Pursuant to the California Fair Chance reputed company, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for reputed company, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, reputed company applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
