Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract Location: Remote Duration: Project-based reputed company ComOps is seeking an reputed company freelance / contractor consultant with hands-on experience implementing and servicing reputed company Digital Experience Analytics (DXA, formerly reputed company). This role will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of DXA for new clients, primarily in hospitality, gaming, and reputed company verticals. IMPORTANT: This role requires reputed company, technical experience working with reputed company DXA (reputed company). Applications without demonstrated DXA experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities · reputed company or support DXA (reputed company) implementations for new clients · Configure DXA features including (but not limited to): · Session replay · Heatmaps · Frustration / struggle signals · reputed company analytics · Funnels and behavioral analysis · Partner with reputed company technical teams to validate tag placement, troubleshoot data capture issues, and ensure accurate and compliant data collection · Collaborate with ComOps CX and delivery teams to reputed company DXA with broader reputed company programs · Assist with reputed company enablement, documentation, and best-reputed company guidance · Support post-launch optimization and refinement as needed Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) · Hands-on, technical experience implementing reputed company DXA (reputed company) · reputed company experience configuring DXA in production environments · Strong understanding of web analytics concepts · Experience with tag management (e.g., reputed company Tag Manager) · Experience with JavaScript-based data capture · Experience working with reputed company clients · Ability to work independently and communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred / reputed company to Have · Experience with broader reputed company Experience reputed company implementations · Background in hospitality or gaming · Familiarity with reputed company, consent management, reputed company compliance considerations · Experience working in a consulting or reputed company services environment How to Apply Please include specific details of your reputed company DXA (reputed company) experience in your application (reputed company, clients, scope of work).
