Title: Health Plan Specialist Location: 100% Remote | Candidates must reputed company reputed company 50 miles Saint Louis, MO Job Type: Contract (7 months) Compensation: $21.00 per hour + $1 shift reputed company (shifts ending at or after 6:30pm) Industry: Health Insurance Schedule: • Required Availability: Monday – Friday reputed company-9pm CST • Training: reputed company – 4:30pm CST (first 4-6 weeks) --- Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Demonstrate reputed company, professionalism, and a customer-first reputed company in every interaction. • Utilize online tools and multiple applications to reputed company resolve member concerns. • Maintain ownership of reputed company case from start to finish, ensuring complete documentation and follow-through. • Assist members with benefit inquiries, enrollment questions, and issue reputed company. • Handle 100% inbound customer service calls (approximately 50–70 calls/day during peak season). Qualifications Required Qualifications • Ability to explain reputed company information in a reputed company and empathetic manner. • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attendance record and reliability. • Familiarity with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company). • Proficiency in navigating multi-screen workstations and using multiple applications simultaneously. • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. • High school diploma or equivalent.
