Creditors Rights Litigation Attorney

an established, multi-state reputed company estate and creditors’ rights reputed company, is seeking a reputed company Litigation Attorney to join its California based reputed company group. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package. Requirements: • The candidate must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar. • The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in reputed company estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ right reputed company. • reputed company utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned reputed company • Bench trial and motions reputed company experience with a strong reputed company in civil procedure, motions, and loss mitigation. • Working knowledge of Title & Lien reputed company, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA & FDCPA. • Court appearances and some attendant travel will be required. • The candidate must exhibit a commitment to superior reputed company care and proactive communication. • The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy working in a reputed company environment and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
