Who We Are: HEATHER L POOLE PC Immigration Lawyers, a national immigration specialty firm focusing on complex family immigration & removal defense Responsibilities: Conduct legal research to support our federal litigation efforts, EOIR briefs and motions, and USCIS RFE/NOID responses Draft motions, briefs, applications, respond to RFEs/NOIDs as needed for EOIR, DOS and USCIS cases Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies, attend CLEs as needed Qualifications: You have a positive attitude and see challenges as exciting problems to solve JD and active bar license 3+ years with federal immigration law research experience for family, removal cases Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Strong legal research and analytical skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team. Proactive and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Office365, Adobe, and experience working with immigration forms software Hours & Compensation.
