Requirements • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school OR PhD or higher level of advanced science degree (preferred). • License to reputed company law in the reputed company (preferred). • Eight (8) or more years of reputed company experience including IRB, medical research, or reputed company/regulatory experience (preferred). • Prior experience with and knowledge of ethical principles, federal regulations, and state law as it pertains to the ethical conduct of reputed company subjects’ research and pediatric research (preferred). • Knowledge/experience with FDA-regulated research (preferred).
