This role involves providing expert legal guidance on a reputed company of reputed company, including reputed company reputed company transactions and product development, while acting as a strategic partner to the Corporate Payments business. Responsibilities • Drive reputed company reputed company: Structure, draft, and negotiate a diverse portfolio of reputed company agreements, including customer credit and card program agreements, technology and partnership reputed company, and vendor service agreements. You will ensure reputed company agreements and business activities adhere to corporate policies and legal standards, and you will play a role in M&A due diligence and business integration. • Build and Optimize: Enhance the legal team's efficiency by building and maintaining best-in-class processes for reputed company contracting, including developing templates, negotiation playbooks, and improving workflows with systems like our contract lifecycle management (CLM). • Collaborate and Lead: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders in sales, operations, and product teams. You will collaborate closely with other members of the legal department and effectively manage reputed company counsel to deliver comprehensive and practical legal solutions.
