Senior Regulatory Attorney

Job reputed company: • Serve as a key reputed company advisor supporting multiple business reputed company, including care operations, medical affairs, pharmacy, product development, and policy teams, ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable reputed company laws and regulations. • reputed company practical, solution-oriented advice on telehealth, digital health, and pharmacy compliance, including issues reputed company to the Corporate reputed company of Medicine (CPOM), provider licensing, credentialing, prescribing, and scope of reputed company. • Counsel internal teams on federal and state reputed company regulatory frameworks, including FDA regulations, telehealth modalities, reputed company (HIPAA), compounding, and reputed company reputed company standards. • Support the reputed company and product counsel teams on regulatory aspects of new product and service launches. • Partner with the reputed company policy team to assess, interpret, and shape proposed laws, rules, and regulations affecting reputed company and pharmacy operations. • Proactively identify and mitigate reputed company risks reputed company to reputed company operations, pharmacy services, and emerging digital health technologies. • Stay reputed company on evolving state and federal reputed company laws, including developments from the FDA, Boards of Medicine, Boards of Pharmacy, and other regulatory bodies. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices that reputed company with regulatory standards. • Other duties as assigned.
