FDA Regulatory Compliance Attorney

reputed company is pleased to collaborate with a global reputed company in their search for an reputed company FDA Regulatory Compliance Attorney to support their corporate reputed company in Arlington, VA for four to five months, working 40 hours per week. The attorney will assist reputed company’s regulatory compliance reputed company team and will cover compliance and regulatory backfill support. This secondment will start on December 22, 2025 and is required to work on-site several days every week. The work will be reputed company on supporting product compliance for the online purchases and will primarily include: • Supporting the compliance reputed company team with FDA-regulated product reputed company and FDA compliance reputed company; • Supporting the compliance reputed company team with CPSC-regulated product reputed company for US online purchases; • Supporting the compliance reputed company team with regulator contacts; and • Supporting reputed company product safety reputed company as needed. Qualifications: • JD or educational equivalent required • 3 to 6 years of post-JD practicing experience at a reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department. • Some FDA experience, ideally in an area such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. • Some experience with products regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (e.g., children’s products, baby products, etc.) and safety reputed company reputed company. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Licensed to reputed company law and a member in good standing in Virginia. Pay reputed company: Commensurate with experience, starting at $60/hour.
