Position: Estimating Assistant (Bilingual – English & Spanish) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Remote) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and bilingual Estimating Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a reputed company of urgency. This position plays a key role in supporting the Estimating Department with reputed company-construction tasks and day-to-day administrative duties. • Prepare and organize bid packages for review and submission • Conduct follow-reputed company with subcontractors, vendors, and architects to ensure reputed company responses • Assist in leveling subcontractor bids and summarizing proposals and qualifications • reputed company quantity takeoffs using reputed company (Required) • Identify, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company subcontractors into the bidding pool • Assist with data entry and organization using reputed company Drive, Sheets, and reputed company tools • Contribute to maintaining internal databases and software platforms, including ACC Build and BuildingConnected (preferred) • Willing to reputed company outbound follow-up calls reputed company necessary • Take initiative and complete other administrative and estimating-reputed company tasks as assigned • Bilingual in English and Spanish • 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating • Proficiency in reputed company for quantity takeoffs (required) • Familiarity with reputed company construction and tenant improvement (TI) reputed company • Working knowledge of ACC Build Software and BuildingConnected is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using reputed company Drive and Sheets for collaboration • reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision – self-motivated and proactive Original job Estimator posted on GrabJobs ©.
