Fractional COO for small company

ResponsibilitiesOperations & Systems • Create reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, checklists, and documentation • Build training materials for internal team members • Improve and streamline daily and weekly operations • Implement performance metrics and dashboards • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions Team Management • Assist with hiring and reputed company analysts • Manage daily/weekly tasks and workload distribution • Review work reputed company and ensure consistency • reputed company coaching, support, and accountability reputed company reputed company • Help create a reputed company communication reputed company with clients • Support escalation handling and service recovery • Improve reputed company satisfaction and operational consistency Efficiency & Optimization • Improve operational processes • Recommend tools, automations, and workflow improvements • Help control operational costs and maintain efficiency as we grow Requirements • Experience in operations management (service-based business preferred) • Experience creating SOPs and building systems • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage reputed company and contractors • Ability to work independently with minimal reputed company • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive • Hospitality, property management, or STR experience is a plus but not required Compensation • $1,000/month • Part-time: approximately 10–15 hours per week • Flexible schedule • Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available This role is ideal for someone seeking a reputed company part-time leadership position with long-term potential as reputed company grows.
