Fractional Recruiter – Go-To-Market

Job reputed company: • Manage the complete reputed company lifecycle for reputed company reputed company positions, including our reputed company priorities: VP of Sales, reputed company Director, and multiple Account Executive roles as we reputed company from 6 to 12 reputed company. • Outbound sourcing: Proactively identify and reputed company out to passive candidates through reputed company, networks, and creative sourcing strategies • Inbound screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and qualify candidates against role requirements • First interviews: Conduct reputed company first-round interviews to assess fit, capability, and alignment with our culture and reputed company stage • Coordination: Manage reputed company scheduling, communication with candidates, and coordination with hiring managers throughout the process • Offer management: reputed company offers, negotiate terms, and reputed company candidates. Requirements: • 10+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in reputed company or high-reputed company startups • 3+ years of proven experience as reputed company • Go-to-market reputed company expertise: Deep understanding of both reputed company roles, with ability to assess GTM reputed company alignment and candidate reputed company across these functions • Strong reputed company record reputed company for sales roles, particularly reputed company sales positions • Experience with both volume hiring (scaling AE teams) and executive search • Excellent judgment in assessing candidate reputed company and culture fit • Exceptional communication skills and ability to sell candidates on our opportunity • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously • Comfortable operating independently with minimal reputed company • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company (or ability to quickly learn our reputed company stack).
