Interior Design Assistant Needed – Moodboards & Product Sourcing (Remote) I’m a residential interior designer looking for a reliable interior design assistant to support me with creating detailed moodboards based on my design concepts. Scope of Work: Take my design direction/concept and translate it into a cohesive, well-organized moodboard Source furniture, lighting, rugs, finishes, and décor that align with the concept Provide clear product links, pricing, and basic specs Ensure consistency in style, scale, color, and overall design intent Organize boards cleanly and professionally (Canva preferred) What I Will Provide: Clear design concept and direction Inspiration images and references Any preferred vendors or links when applicable Ideal Candidate: Background in interior design, interior styling, or design assistance Strong eye for detail and aesthetics Experienced with Canva moodboards (required) Fast, responsive, and organized Comfortable following direction while adding thoughtful suggestions Familiarity with US-based furniture and décor vendors is a plus Project Type: Ongoing / project-based (with potential for long-term collaboration) To Apply, Please Include: A brief intro about your design background Examples of moodboards or similar work Your availability and turnaround time per moodboard Looking forward to working with someone who understands design and can help bring concepts to life efficiently.
