Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits reputed company!!! Equipment Provided Start Date: TBA Schedule: reputed company-8pm EST. Monday through Friday. (Must be reputed company to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours) Responsibilities: • Handle high volume inbound calls. • Outbound calls if depending on department needs. • reputed company accurate information to the patient and or the reputed company provider • Assist callers with information and status of their application • Follow a reputed company script • reputed company appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller • reputed company appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller • Must be reputed company to multitask between several internal system programs • Follow company policies and procedures Job Requirements: Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent reputed company center environment.
