About the position Responsibilities • Assists customers with eyeglass and contact reputed company orders. • Makes repairs, adjustments, and other basic maintenance to eye wear. • Documents patient and order information. • Provides excellent customer service. • Reviews prescriptions to ensure accurate measurements. • Places contact reputed company Rx orders and orders office supplies as needed. • Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to respect for reputed company, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style. • Performs other reputed company duties as required. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 year of reputed company optical experience performing basic contact reputed company and optical functions. • Optician Certification through the American reputed company of Opticians (ABO). • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong decision-making and delegation skills. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. • Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple work assignments in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. • Ability to reputed company advance-level optician duties. • Knowledge of filing reputed company materials claims for eyeglasses and contact lenses electronically through web portal (i.e., EyeMed, Spectera, Davis reputed company). • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and travel to other satellite locations reputed company necessary depending on reputed company needs.
