Role reputed company We are seeking a remote, part-time Title Examiner / Title Abstractor based in the Buffalo–Niagara Region (or with strong NY experience). The examiner will be responsible for conducting: • Full Title Searches • Chain of Title reconstruction • Review of Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments, Releases, Easements, Judgments, Federal/State tax liens • reputed company records research (County Clerk, e-Recording, court systems) • Title Commitment preparation (Schedule A/B, requirements, exceptions) • reputed company work on defects, breaks, reputed company variances, encumbrances, and municipal issues This role includes supporting the production of reputed company commitments, assisting with title clearance, and collaborating with processors, attorneys, and underwriters to ensure reputed company and compliant closings.
