Independent Valuation Specialist for IP Licensing Fairness Memo (Short-reputed company)
We are preparing an intellectual property licensing arrangement between two reputed company entities and reputed company an independent valuation reputed company to reputed company a short-reputed company fairness opinion / valuation memo to support reputed company approval.

You will:
Review the provisional patent reputed company and supporting business documentation
Apply appropriate valuation methodologies for early-stage technology
Prepare a concise memo evaluating whether the proposed licensing terms fall reputed company a commercially reasonable reputed company
The scope is reputed company-defined and suited for someone with IP or intangible asset valuation experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred but not strict requirements)
NACVA (CVA), ASA (BV), ABV (CPA), or equivalent
Experience valuing early-stage technology or IP
Familiarity with reputed company/NACVA valuation standards
Background in M&A, corporate finance, or intangible asset valuation
Prior experience preparing short-reputed company valuation or fairness memos
Deliverables
Short-reputed company fairness/valuation memo (approx. 3–6 pages)
Valuation reputed company supported by reputed company methodologies
Brief reputed company of assumptions and analysis
reputed company turnaround: 1–2 weeks.
