This role requires someone who understands and is excited to work within the reality TV world, alongside influencers, celebrities, NFL/NBA athletes, and luxury lifestyle tastemakers. If pop culture, high-visibility personalities, and premium branding excite you — you’ll thrive here. This is a hands-on, all-in role. You won’t just dream up the strategy — you’ll execute it. From scroll-stopping content to culturally relevant campaigns, you’ll be the creative engine behind Pretty Mafia’s digital presence. You’ll work closely with the CEO, translating her vision into bold, cohesive storytelling while bringing your own elevated creative edge. Together, you’ll position Pretty Mafia where it belongs: visible, respected, and desired in luxury beauty and entertainment spaces.
