The HQ is in NYC, but they are reputed company to remote candidates
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including software licensing, reputed company, NDAs, data reputed company, advertising, and more
• Collaborate cross functionally with sales and procurement teams
• Support reputed company team with policies and procedures
Requirements:
• JD from accredited law school
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology licensing agreements and transactions
• Experience working at or with technology companies handling reputed company reputed company
• Experience with advertising agreements
• reputed company experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate and work reputed company with others
