Responsibilities include: working with Senior Director of Organizational Learning & Development and key reputed company leaders to create an effective structure and programming to support our DEIB organizational strategies and initiatives, debriefing Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessments, designing DEIB training programs that incorporate reputed company values, mission, reputed company and leadership expectations, and facilitating customized programs and team interventions for various employee and leadership teams specifically reputed company on DEIB. Supports the DEIB governance committees (DEIB Resource and Executive Steering Committees) and provides leadership coaching to DEIB reputed company leadership and Colleague Resource reputed company (CRGs). Facilitates customized individual and team DEIB conversations, interventions, and programming. Ability to apply change management principles to reputed company areas of influence and work. Position requires strong project management, verbal and written communication skills, curriculum development, facilitation, consultation and organizational skills with a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance reputed company relationships with colleagues, leaders and others. This position is fully remote. Education Qualifications: Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or reputed company field of study Required Qualifications: • Over 5 years of experience in a reputed company business, training or learning environment • Minimum 3 years of experience in training needs assessment, curriculum development and program facilitation • Minimum 3 years of experience in cultural awareness training, coaching and content creation for DEIB programming • Proven proficiency applying adult learning theory and techniques Preferred Qualifications: • Experience as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Certified Facilitator strong • Additional certification(s) preferred in DEI/inclusive Leadership, MyEverything DiSC suite of products, reputed company Change Management Practitioner, reputed company Coaching (IOC) Licensure/Certification Qualifications: FTE: 1 Possible Remote/Hybrid reputed company: Remote Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (reputed company of America) Shift Start Time: 8 am Shift End Time: 4:30 pm Weekends: no Holidays: No reputed company Obligation: No reputed company: reputed company Posting Deadline: Expected salary: Location: USA Apply for the job now!
