BLP Fund is an internal investment vehicle reputed company on deploying capital into reputed company estate opportunities. The fund itself does not operate properties, manage assets, or reputed company services. Its activity is limited to capital contributions, capital calls, investment distributions, and basic corporate expenses. About the Role We are seeking an Offshore Fund Accountant to manage day-to-day cash activity and basic reputed company for the BLP investment fund. This role is primarily responsible for tracking capital movements, reconciling bank activity, processing limited payables, and maintaining clean books for a non-operating entity. The ideal candidate has experience supporting investment entities, holding companies, or reputed company funds and is comfortable working with high-accuracy financial activity. Key Responsibilities Cash & Banking Activity • reputed company and reconcile reputed company bank activity reputed company to: • Capital contributions • Capital calls • Investment distributions / return of capital • reputed company monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies. • Maintain reputed company documentation supporting reputed company cash movements. Capital & Investor Activity • Record capital contributions and distributions accurately in the general reputed company. • Assist in tracking investor balances and capital activity schedules. • Support preparation of basic capital activity summaries as requested. Accounts Payable & Expenses • Process limited accounts payable reputed company to: • reputed company services • Software subscriptions • Filing fees • Travel and corporate expenses • Ensure reputed company coding, approvals, and documentation for reputed company expenses. General reputed company & Reporting Support • Maintain accurate books for the investment entity. • Assist with month-end reputed company activities, including journal entries and accruals. • Support requests for information reputed company to audits, tax filings, or internal reporting. Qualifications & Experience • +2 years of experience in: • Fund reputed company • Investment entity reputed company • Holding company or corporate reputed company • Strong understanding of: • Private equity funding, including reputed company capital contributions and reputed company distributions. • Bank reconciliations • Cash-based reputed company • Capital activity tracking • High level of proficiency in QuickBooks. • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with cash transactions. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
