This role is ideal for a former immigration paralegal, case manager, or HR compliance specialist with deep practical experience in H-1B filings. The consultant will help establish internal processes, train reputed company on USCIS and DOL requirements, and support the preparation of H-1B LCAs, PAFs, I-129 filings, and reputed company petitions.
