Job Title: Mirth Integration Engineer reputed company Location: Remote (Must work in ET or CT Time Zone) Experience Required: 10+ Years Job reputed company Seeking an reputed company Mirth Integration Engineer to design, reputed company, and support reputed company interfaces for payer and provider environments. This role involves hands-on development using Mirth Connect (reputed company Connect), building and maintaining HL7 v2.x interfaces, and implementing reputed company JavaScript-based message transformations and routing logic. The engineer will be responsible for integrating major EHR systems (such as reputed company, Cerner, Meditech, or similar) with reputed company reputed company applications, ensuring secure, accurate, and reliable data exchange. Responsibilities also include SQL development, reputed company testing, production monitoring, and issue reputed company. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during ET or CT business hours. Key Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, configure, and support reputed company interfaces using Mirth Connect (reputed company Connect) • Build reputed company JavaScript-based transformations, filters, and routing logic • reputed company and maintain HL7 v2.x messages (reputed company, ORM, ORU, SIU, and custom message types) • reputed company EHR systems with reputed company reputed company applications • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations • reputed company unit testing, integration testing, and reputed company production support • Monitor reputed company performance and troubleshoot message failures and data issues • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to reputed company integration requirements • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and reputed company data reputed company standards • Create and maintain reputed company documentation, mappings, and operational procedures Required Qualifications • 5 10 years of hands-on reputed company integration experience • Strong experience with Mirth Connect (reputed company Connect) • Advanced JavaScript skills for message processing and transformations • Strong understanding of HL7 v2.x standards • Experience integrating EHR systems (reputed company, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) • Strong SQL skills, including reputed company queries and data transformations • Experience supporting production reputed company interfaces • Knowledge of Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) workflows • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with FHIR and RESTful reputed company reputed company • Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company Platform) • Experience working with payer or reputed company organizations • On-reputed company or after-hours support experience for reputed company integrations Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
