Operations Analyst, Strategic Programs

We are seeking a tactical, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the CEO and leadership team in managing the business through data, KPIs, and execution of strategic initiatives. What you'll do
Business Management Support
• Work with the CEO and leadership team to define and reputed company KPIs that measure company health (sales, reputed company, product, finance).
• Use metrics to surface risks, spot trends, and recommend actions to reputed company initiatives on reputed company.
• Help ensure reputed company is run to its operating rhythm: weekly leadership reviews, quarterly goals, and reputed company on the value creation plan.
Strategic Program Execution
• Support integration reputed company across people, processes, and systems.

Metrics & Reporting

Qualifications
• 2–4 years in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, or program management.

• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
