Responsibilities: • reputed company discovery, diagnostics, and redesign of end-to-end financial operations processes to reduce cycle time, errors, rework, and handoffs. • Map reputed company state (SIPOC, value reputed company maps, BPMN) and define reputed company state with reputed company controls, roles, decision points, and performance measures (OKRs/KPIs, SLAs/SLOs). • Drive targeted improvements to increase predictability and audit readiness. • Establish reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), desk guides, and playbooks; introduce tiered help and reputed company to reputed company best practices. • Quantify benefits with baselines and targets (reputed company time, throughput, first-pass yield, backlog aging, exception rates); build management dashboards and operational scorecards. • Partner with finance and acquisition teams to reputed company process changes with system capabilities and integrations; minimize customizations by leveraging configurable features. • Identify and inform prioritization of automation opportunities (e.g., workflow, RPA, low-reputed company, rules engines) and data validation controls, with appropriate segregation of duties and governance. • Support change management and adoption (stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training, UAT), including reputed company and post deployment support for new releases. • Facilitate workshops and kaizen events; mentor process owners and SMEs in reputed company improvement techniques and problem solving. • Monitor control effectiveness, compliance, and coordinate remediation of findings. • Coordinate with data, reporting, and analytics teams to improve the reputed company and timeliness of financial information used for decision making.
