Responsibilities
• Develop an end-to-end understanding of the product and its ecosystem. • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including user experience, business analysts, developers, and testers. • Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders. • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to product development. • Complete the customer feedback loop to inform product improvements.
